Hello, I received a beautiful pencil with a perfect engraving for my best friend but when wrapping it I see that a small piece of the lead is moving in the cap. Yet the package was well wrapped Waiting for a response from Write. Received an email two days after my request, they are sending me a set of leads for free. THANK YOU

Why is it refillable if it’s timeless?
Since Write was created in 2023, no one has yet managed to completely wear out a Write refill, thanks to its exceptionally long lifespan.
Refills are therefore not primarily intended to compensate for wear, but to prepare for the unexpected.
If an impact or fall damages your pencil’s refill, you can simply replace it and continue using the same pencil for years.
How long does a refill last?
Made using an advanced manufacturing process based on multilayer graphene injection and carbon fiber, a Write lead lasts long enough to write more than 1,300 km*, equivalent to over 4,700 hours of use.
*Study conducted by an accredited French laboratory.
What is the lead hardness?
Our multilayer graphene and carbon fiber lead delivers writing performance close to a hardness between HB and H, making it ideal for note-taking and sketching.
Is it a pencil or a pen?
The Timeless Pencil is similar to a traditional graphite pencil. It provides a result comparable to an HB to H lead, can be used and erased like a traditional pencil, but never needs sharpening.
Does your pencil break?
Aluminum is a strong metal. Our pencil can withstand very strong impacts. If you drop it, the body of your pencil will not break. However, we recommend being careful with your pencil lead.
How do I replace a lead?
To replace your pencil’s lead, simply unscrew it. You can then screw a new lead (standard or colored) onto your pencil. We sell various lead packs on our website.

Today, we can offer premium products at reasonable prices because we outsource their production to a Chinese factory that we selected for its manufacturing quality, expertise, and respect for its employees.
We are aware of the image China has regarding the quality of products manufactured there, so we are committed to offering you high-quality pencils and leads. To achieve this, we carefully selected our partner factory to ensure that it follows our specifications precisely.
