Hello, I received a beautiful pencil with a perfect engraving for my best friend but when wrapping it I see that a small piece of the lead is moving in the cap. Yet the package was well wrapped Waiting for a response from Write. Received an email two days after my request, they are sending me a set of leads for free. THANK YOU

How to take advantage of the offer of 1 free pencil?
Add 3 pencils to your basket. You can mix and match colours and engraving options.
The third pencil will be automatically given free in your basket.
Why is it refillable if it is timeless?
Since the founding of Write in 2023, no one has yet managed to fully wear down a Write lead due to its long lifespan.
Refills are therefore not mainly used to make up for wear, but to prepare for the unexpected.
If a shock or fall damages the lead of your pencil, you can simply replace it and continue to use the same pencil for years.
How long does a lead last?
Made using an advanced manufacturing process based on multilayer graphene injection and carbon fiber, a Write lead offers a lifespan allowing you to write more than 1,300 km*, or over 4,700 hours of use.

What is the hardness of the lead?
Our multilayer graphene and carbon fibre lead offers a writing feel close to a hardness between HB and H, ideal for note-taking as well as for sketches.
Is it a pencil or a pen?
The timeless pencil resembles a graphite pencil. It provides a finish close to an HB to H lead, can be used and erased like a traditional pencil, but never needs sharpening.
Is your pencil breaking?
Aluminium is a strong metal. Our pencil withstands very severe shocks. If you drop it, the body of your pencil will not break. However, we advise you to be careful with the lead of your pencil.
How to replace a lead?
To replace the lead of your pencil, simply unscrew it. This way, you can screw a new lead (standard or coloured) onto your pencil. We sell various sets of leads on our website.
